Our Rendola, Zero sulphites wine originates from our tradition and as soon as the grapes are harvested, it is put in tumultuous fermentation in early October.

Pig meat fest around the seasoning

During the winter period, for the traditional Pork fest, the butchers cut and prepare the pork meat for maturing, “Large White” and “Grigio del Casentino”


Guests can assists the processing and will be offered a tasting of Wine Bruzzico, our rosé 100% Sangiovese and boiled pork head and barbecue sausages with Tuscan Verna wheat bread and beacon.

The dinner will be served “à la carte” in our charming restaurant set in the living room of the Villa dating from 1500.
