Our wine ageing cellars are open all year round for visits and tastings.

The Taste of Tradition

Immerse yourself in a COOKING CLASS and join us at LA TORRE, in the scents and flavors of Tuscan cuisine, guided by Isabella through fun moments of sharing. We will use only fresh, organic, and local products, with which you will prepare simple dishes full of flavor.
Our spacious kitchen will be the perfect setting for 3 or 4 hours of fun and play with our products, preparing simple and tasty dishes.

The cooking class includes the meal prepared together, finely served in the spaces of Relais La Torre, paired with our wines carefully selected to enhance every flavor. You can also explore wour wines in a Wine Tasting. No recipe will remain a secret after the cooking class, which will guide you through two thematic experiences :


ALLWHEAT – The Art of Pizza, Pasta, and Flours

In this fun and engaging lesson, you will enter the heart of Tuscan culinary tradition. You will learn how to prepare the perfect pizza and schiacciate, from the preparation to the best choice of toppings to the final cooking. Additionally, you will prepare pasta, choosing from: tagliatelle, lasagna sheets, or pici. Your culinary journey will be completed by creating a unique dessert, the crostata, with its irresistible combination of homemade jams.

Price – 2/6 people at €195 p.p., 7/12 people at €175 p.p. Meal included


 

TUTTIGUSTI – A Unique Experience in the Traditional Tuscan Menu

In this cooking class, you will enjoy the traditional seasonal menu with Isabella. She will guide you through the simplicity of flavors based on our organic raw materials, such as our Extra Virgin Olive Oil, our stone-ground durum and soft wheat flours from Molino Grifoni, and our high-quality wines, carefully produced with the expertise of our winemaker, Federico Guidelli. The cooking class includes, in addition to the meal served after the class:

  • One of the timeless Tuscan appetizers
  • The seasonal sauce for our of homemade pasta
  • A second-course specialty based on meat (pork, rabbit, chicken, chianina…) or vegetarian option
  • A seasonal side dish paired with the second course according to product availability
  • The top Tuscan dessert: Cantucci or the classic tiramisu with Claudio’s recipe.

Price – 2/6 people at €220 p.p., 7/12 people at €200 p.p. Meal included

Duration: About 4 hours, including the meal served in our welcoming and convivial indoor or outdoor spaces.

From September 2023 to 31st of May 2024, the restaurant is only open for large groups and events upon reservation.
