Pig meat fest and seasoning
Every Saturday from January 28th to February 25th 2023
During the winter period, for the traditional Pork fest, the butchers cut and prepare the pork meat for maturing, “Large White” and “Grigio del Casentino.”
Guests will be offered a tasting of Wine rosé Bruzzico and traditional specialities of meat.
The dinner will be served “à la carte” in our charming restaurant set in the living room of the Villa dating from 1500.
