PRICES:
Prices expressed in € include VAT. For each purchase you will receive by email, at the address provided, a regular receipt or invoice.
All prices refer to the single piece.

PAYMENT & SHIPPING:
The products will be shipped by Express Courier or Express Mail by Azienda Agricola La Torre within 3 working days from the moment of receipt of payment. A minimum order amount of Euro 50.00 is required. In case of return of goods, the shipping costs will be deducted. The cost of shipping will be communicated and invoiced at the time of purchase.

PRIVACY:
By registering and purchasing from the online site, the buyer agrees to the subsequent sending, by the La Torre Company, of promotional information aimed solely at information relating to the company’s production and commercial activities.

Right of withdrawal:
The sales of this site are subject to the Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, n. 185, the right of withdrawal is allowed within 10 (ten) days of receipt of the goods.
The customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must send within 10 (ten) days of receipt of the registered merchandise with acknowledgment of receipt, containing:

Refund of the consideration: within 30 (thirty) days of receipt of the communication in which the consumer expresses the will to exercise the right of withdrawal, La Torre will refund by bank transfer or payment to postal current account. The aforementioned reimbursement refers exclusively to the price of the product, in any case the ancillary costs of shipping and home delivery will not be reimbursed and, therefore, will remain the responsibility of the consumer.
Attention: for all products the packaging must be returned perfectly intact and sealed. If the package is open, it will not be possible to return it.
