Pig meat fest and seasoning
Saturday 31 of January and 14th and 21st of February 2026
During the winter period, for the traditional Pork fest, the butchers cut and prepare the pork meat for maturing, “Large White” and “Grigio del Casentino.”
Guests will have a tasting of Wine rosé Bruzzico and traditional specialities of meat.
The dinner, based on meat products and our pastas, will be served in our charming restaurant set in the living room of the Villa dating from 1500.
